Welcome to GWB Consulting

For any project to be successful, communication is key. From start to finish, clear communication is needed to ensure that the vision of a project becomes reality.

As a project begins, members of the project team can examine the exchange of information, and quickly realize the importance of good communication and quality information. At the start of a project, the owner describes the vision and design goals to an architect, engineer or contractor. The architect then interprets the vision through construction documents (such as drawings and specifications). With these documents, a contractor can then establish a plan for the realization of the owner's vision. From this plan, suppliers can contribute expertise on the materials attributes and product knowledge.

Clearly, communication between all parties is necessary for the owner's original vision to become a reality. Communication reduces the rate of errors and virtually eliminates omissions and major changes during construction. Additionally, coordination for sustainable design requires and extra level of understanding of the original vision.

Communication of your vision is the key to a successful project, and that's where we come in.
