Review and Develop Construction Guidelines and Recommendations

  • Review existing Construction Guidelines and update to current Owner requirements and goals.
  • Review Owner needs for Construction Goals and requirements and develop Guidelines for use by Owner to coordinate Project Design.

Coordinate Division 01 General Administrative Requirements with:

  • Divisions 02 – 14 Technical Specifications
  • Coordinate Engineering Specifications with General Conditions and Architectural Technical Specifications
  • Coordinate Building Commissioning Agent (CxA) and other 3rd Party Work
  • Implementation and Conversion to CSI MasterFormat 2004 Index and Section Numbering System

Coordinate Owner Sustainability and/or LEED Certification goals

  • Coordinate Division 01 with other technical specification sections/components
  • Review Owner sustainable requirements and document for use by the Designers and Contractors
